About Me

I have a Computer Science Bachelors degree from the College of Engineering at the Ohio Sate University, an MBA from Capital University, an Advanced Taxation Degree from Capital University, and a Law Degree with honors from Capital University. I served in the Ohio Army National Guard. I have been an attorney for almost 30 years. I have argued before the US Court of Federal Appeals and I was elected to two terms on Johnstown’s City Council, where I worked to keep fees and taxes low.

I live in Knox County with my wonderful wife, Pam. I am the father of 6 amazing children and grandfather to 5 grandchildren.  

I became involved in many community organizations over the past few years. One of which is the Buckeye Firearms Association, who just recently gave me the rating Aq. I am very honored and proud of this accomplishment!

I have been an attorney for 30 years and have taken on some of the biggest companies in the US for my clients. I have argued before the US Court of Federal Appeals one step below the US Supreme Court and across from the White House.

Up until 2022, the 5th district had been controlled by Democratic Judges, some who have been in their seat for many years, and I think new blood needs to be on the panel. I am a social and fiscal conservative who decided to run to bring a new perspective to the Court.  I strongly believe that courts should interpret the law and not make them. I feel that there needs to be a change.
